Caulking at your home

We are a small business. We have grown slowly but steadily over the years, and the process of onboarding and training new employees is an arduous task. We won't compromise on quality, so we won't just send a "warm body" to complete our work. Our installers are skilled professionals with years of experience. As such, we have a limited capacity in any given year. We also work on a lot of commercial projects that have strict deadlines and require a lot of working hours to complete. 

We try our best to complete work in a reasonable timeframe, but there are times, especially in peak season (summer and fall), where we get behind. 

If you've booked with us and we are taking longer than you'd hoped - please be patient! We are working hard to get there. 

We sometimes get asked "I got a lower price from someone else, will you match it?"

The answer is always "no." We have seen enough jobs to know what's involved in completing a particular job. We are fully insured and employ our own (no subcontractors), so it costs more than someone working out of their car doing a job for extra cash. 

We also know the quality of the work we provide, and have seen the disaster that can result when you decide to go for the "best price". 

We always try to be fair in our pricing, so if someone is lower than us, it's entirely possible that their cost of doing business is lower. If you can save some money and still get a satisfactory result - more power to you! 

Some customers wonder: is caulking all we do? Strictly speaking, no. We specialize in caulking and stay busy enough that we haven't needed to diversify our offering. However, we do offer corollary services, including painting, capping/flashing, and exterior vent cap replacement. If there's something else you need done, it doesn't hurt to ask!
